Foliage Season 2007
Well, this has been an odd year for foliage. Back in early September, the aspens and a few other yellow-leaf trees went yellow suddenly, and then lost their leaves. But everything else was green. This continued until mid-October. We then began to have some trees changing into dull colors, and dropping leaves, but others stayed green. So even today we have about half of the trees green, and the other half with few leaves or brown leaves. I hear this has been true for most of New England … something about global warming and not having the right temperature cycle.
