Interestingly, Millbury used to be thought of simply as a suburb of Worcester. It has a nice old-time-building area with brick shop buildings and the Asa Waters Mansion that is used for functions and events. However, recently there was a huge mall built up on the side of Route 146, complete with a large movie theater. Suddenly Millbury has become a giant shopping area, with people going there to buy things, eat at the restaurants and watch movies.
Millbury also has a great new bike trail running through it, with several access points found along Route 146. |
