Police Log - Sutton MA Police Department
Feb 21 - Feb 27, 2011
Again this week we had no deer hits at all. Great driving everyone! It was a fairly typical week, quiet if anything. Nothing stood out much here.
Based on the raw data, here is the breakdown of what the police worked on this week. There were 230 items on my report (which had a few things removed).
The number of events the police handled on each day of the week:
A breakdown of the types of events they handled this week, with the most frequent ones on the left:
A 209A is a restraining order. COD is Cop On Duty / Court Duty. It's listed in relationship to the Uxbridge Court House and typically involves an officer appearing at court in relationship to testifying about tickets / arrests / etc.
There were 13 911 calls this week. Note the reason there are fewer on the above graph is that if a 911 call comes in for something specific - like "Medical Assist" - that's what I file it under. I only leave it under "911" if it's something generic.
The same figures in a pie chart, which helps to demonstrate that motor vehicle issues were by far the most common event the police dealt with:
Please let me know if you'd like to see any other views of the police log data!
