Sutton Massachusetts General Bylaws
ARTICLE 4. TRAILERS AND MOBILE HOMES
These general bylaws are official as of October 20, 2003. The are the last known revision as of March 17, 2007.
Section 4.1
To prohibit the erection, maintenance, or use of a trailer or mobile home for dwelling
purposes within the Town of Sutton for more than 120 days within any calendar year. No
zoning ordinance or bylaw shall prohibit the owner and occupier of a residence which has
been destroyed by fire or other natural holocaust from placing a mobile home on the site
of such residence and residing in such home for a period not to exceed twelve months
while the residence is being rebuilt. Any such mobile home shall be subject to the
provisions of the state sanitary code. The penalty for the violation commencing ten days
following the receipt of written notice from the Building Inspector.
