Nursery Web Spider
Nursery Web spiders, or Pisauridae, are a main family of spiders. This one here is part of the Pisaurina genus, and the Pisaurina brevipes species. They are a bit larger than a penny, as shown by the first image. They are mostly brown in color, with a dark brown stripe running down their back. This dark brown stripe is highlighted with light tan "piping". The rest of their back is a medium tan color.
The Nursery Web spider eyes are laid out in two rows of four eyes each. Like all spiders, they have 8 legs.
